Request for Qualifications for Guilford County’s Coordinated Entry Lead Agency
Purpose: The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit proposals from organizations interested in being the lead agency for Guilford County’s Coordinated Entry (CE) process. The CE Lead Agency selected through this RFQ process will be the organization that has the strongest application demonstrating the capacity and capability to manage the day-to-day operations of the CE system.
Expectations: The Coordinated Entry Policies and Procedures clearly outlines the expectations that the Coordinated Entry Committee and Continuum of Care Board of Directors has for the system, as well as the responsibilities of being the Lead Agency. The Guilford County Written Standards establish community-wide expectations and standards regarding policies and practices of CoC programs, ensures transparency among users and operators, and encourages a collaborative CoC with coordination amongst programs. Any organization interested in submitting a proposal in response to this RFP should read the Guilford County Coordinated Entry Policies and Procedures and Written Standards carefully before deciding to apply.
