The Guilford County Continuum of Care (Guilford CoC) works to both end and prevent homelessness. Following are resources for individuals and families who are literally homeless, in danger of losing their shelter, or are experiencing a situation that could lead to homelessness.

If you are homeless in Guilford County, North Carolina, the Coordinated Intake process is the first step toward receiving services.  Coordinated Intake is changing homelessness from a destination to a process.  To access Coordinated Intake, visit a shelter in Guilford County.

You will be asked questions to determine the best resources for your situation.

Greensboro Housing Coalition is located in the Greensboro Housing Hub in the Triton Building, 1031 Summit Avenue, Suite 1E-2, Greensboro, NC 27405. Parking is in the rear of the building.
